In February of 1999, shortly after receiving a degree in Business Management for Marshall University, Dianna joined 4MOST Health Network to gain entry-level experience in the managed care industry. By duties of her position, she was able to assist in and be an integral part of the development of 4MOST Health Network. As her experiences grew, she took on more responsibilities in February 2000 by accepting the Customer & Marketing Service Representative position. Areas of responsibilities included: verifying provider participation, resolving claims inquiries and assisting the sales department.
In June of 2000, she had the opportunity to attend Insurance Schools of WV where she passed the exam which enabled her to obtain an agents license in the areas of Life and Accident & Sickness for the state of WV. Upon successful completion of her agent-licensing exam, Dianna was transitioned into a role as Account Service Representative. This role allowed her to be more intimately involved with TPA/Payor contracting, Customer Service and all business development aspects of 4MOST Health Network.
In 2002, Dianna took on additional responsibilities in an Account Service Manager role which lead her to be chosen to find and implement the new company-wide data management and repricing system in 2005. Today, she is responsible for the smooth running of 4MOST operations including: Customer Service, HIPAA, account implementation & reporting, mail services and claims repricing.
