Gary brings over thirteen years of managed care and health insurance related knowledge to his role of Vice President, Business Development. Gary graduated from St. Albans High School in St. Albans, West Virginia in 1985. In 1988, he received an Associate of Applied Sciences Degree in Business Management from West Virginia State College in Institute, West Virginia. In 1988, he completed the requirements for Certified Medical Claims Examiner offered by Garnet Career Center in Charleston, West Virginia. His past experience as a Medical Claims Examiner and Account Service Representative at a nationally recognized Third Party Administrator and Director of Marketing and Sales with a national PPO network brings an added dimension to 4MOST Health Network. He is also licensed by the West Virginia Department of Insurance in Life, Accident and Sickness and has held this license since 1991. In 1998, while consulting to Physician Services, LC, he oversaw the development of 4MOST Health Network and was primarily responsible for hospital and ancillary provider contracting, network marketing, sales and overall network service. Today, he focuses his efforts on product development and product sales. Gary is responsible for managing Account Service, Member Service and most recently, the continued development and enhancement of the 4MOST Health web-portal.
