In February of 1999, shortly after receiving a degree in Business Management from Marshall University, Dianna joined 4MOST Health Network to gain entry-level experience in the managed care industry. By duties of her position, she was able to assist in and be an integral part of the development of 4MOST Health Network. As her experiences grew, she took on more responsibilities in February 2000 by accepting the Customer & Marketing Service Representative position. Areas of new responsibility included: verifying provider participation, resolving claims inquiries and assisting the sales department. In June of 2000 she had the opportunity to attend Insurance Schools of WV where she passed the exam which enabled her to obtain an agents license in the areas of Life and Accident & Sickness for the state of WV. Upon successful completion of her agent-licensing exam, Dianna was transitioned into her present role as Account Services Representative. This role allows her to be more intimately involved with TPA/Payor contracting, Customer Service and all business development aspects of 4MOST Health Network.
