Vincent Sowards serves in the role of Executive Vice President for Physician Services, LC/4MOST. He is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting including annual budgeting, viability studies for new product development and joint venture/revenue share models. In addition to finance and accounting, our Network Affairs Department, responsible for all physician and hospital contracting, credentialing, fee schedule development and data demographics, also reports to Vince. He also sits on the board of our subsidiary company, Physician Services, Land and Property Management. Vince, along with our President, John Fischer, also serves as Class II Managers of the company reporting directly to the Class I Managers/Member owners of Physician Services, LC.

Vince has been involved in the managed care market for over 17 years. Prior to his tenure at 4MOST, Vince served as Director of Network Affairs for PrimeONE, West Virginia's then largest HMO. Vince also has experience on the Provider side, having spent 5 years with Charleston Area Medical Center's Managed Care subsidiary, Medical Management Services. Vince served as the company's Project Coordinator responsible for the valuation of private physician practices for acquisition.

Vince majored in Business Management at West Virginia University and is a licensed West Virginia Life, Health, Sickness & Accident Agent. He resides in Jackson County, West Virginia with his wife Julie and sons, Matthew and Evan.
