Vincent Sowards serves a dual role as Vice President of Network Affairs and Financial Services. He heads up our Network Affairs Department and Accounting Department. Vince came to 4MOST Health Network from PrimeONE, where he served as the Manager of Provider Relations and Network Affairs. He brings to the table a vast knowledge of the Managed Care Industry, having worked both the Provider and Payor side for the past seven years. He primarily focuses upon managing the Provider/Hospital Contracting process and Physician Services, LC Financial Reporting and Analysis.

Prior to his tenure at PrimeONE, Vince worked for Medical Management Services, a division of Strategic Health Services under the CAMCARE umbrella, as Project Coordinator. His primary duties involved financial analysis, business proformas and physician practice assessments. Having this experience on "both sides of the fence" allows Vince to be cognizant of the provider's needs in achieving the contracting goals set before him.

Vince attended West Virginia University's Parkersburg Campus where he majored in Business Management. Additionally, he is a licensed West Virginia Life, Health, Sickness & Accident agent. He resides in Jackson County, West Virginia with his wife Julie and sons, Matthew and Evan.
